Project:
Faced with a business destroyed by fire the Patel's had to completely rebuild thier convenience store and gas service operations. Existing was cleaned of former building while existing gas pump stations were protected and later renovated with newer equipment and weather canopy.

Details:
New store encompassed a drive thru component, two large beer beer caves, elevated service center, food and coffee catering area, select areas for desired goods, dry and cold food storage rooms, restroom, janitor closet, delivery corridors, fire safety sprinkler system, large glass vision panels for full site observation, and a break room suite for staff.

Materials utilized were selected for their durability and textures. Though basic these provided a new pleasant look to the interior store spaces. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were design/build by general contractor's selected sub-contractors.
