Project:
Converted former full-service morgue operational spaces into new required limited functional morgue facility. With conversion interior architecture provided new finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings. ADA compliance was achieved with new external ramp, interior pathways, and work areas. Upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were necessary and complied with codes. Utilized VA's master specifications, program, and specialized cost estimating methods.
