Client: Village of Lincoln Heights, Ohio
Location: Lincoln Heights, Ohio
Project:
Village needed to have a current Master Plan so that comprehensive economic and financial planning could effectively take place across the entire village wide acreage.
Details:
The original master plan completed in 1977 by a graduate planning class of which Mr. Alexander was a team leader in its development. As a planning advising consultant to the village on housing issues, this update to the Master Plan was suggested by him to village Administration. He then took the lead and obtained graduate planning students at the University of Cincinnati, through a professor colleague. This class eventually conducted and completed over a four month period the detail refinement, updating, and enhancement of the master plan. The categorized summaries covered major headings: economic development; housing - single family, and multi-family; healthcare services; municipal services; educational facilities; community facilities and services; land use and growth trends.
