The success of any project can be directly linked to how well the initial stages of programming and/or planning has been assessed and distilled. FWAS staff has over the last 30 years directed and managed a variety of planning efforts for our diverse client base. Our firm has conducted: feasibility studies, master planning, facility planning, site planning, land use studies/plans, community asset planning, life cycle cost analysis, project phasing plans, and urban design planning.
One key principal holds a master degree in community planning and started, back in 1982, by finding ways to reinvest and develop economically depressed areas of our cities. This analysis and assessment lead to a comprehensive neighborhood planning project that brought forth practical applications for successfully redeveloping: a variety of physical structures, the indigenous human factors, and the location specific environments.
