Phase two - involved renovations to the kitchen area to correct: a deteriorating flooring system of concrete over crawl space; eliminate surface slipping from grease build up while in use; modifications to the commercial range hood set-up and airflow externally to internal; rearrangement of kitchen set-up to provide for more efficient and functionally operating areas
