To convert a 1950 dated corridor and 1960's remodeled classroom areas into a modern college multi-media center and public meeting area for community and corporate current and potential business partners.

Details:
The main task was to create quality spaces with durable yet adaptable finishes that have a character of its own. The integration of wood materials along with ceramic tiles lead the way toward "Green Design" without outwardly being designed as such. Unique design elements were: transparent entrance canopy; fold into wall informational kiosk; translucent screen partition; in-wall hidden audio visual rack system-space with separate cooling system; commercial theatre quality media drop screen with Dolby sound system speakers hidden in the design as artistic elements.
